This Menopause Yoga Course has been designed by Sam, Menopause Specialist Doctor, and Yoga Teacher, to support health and well-being from perimenopause to postmenopause.
You will find:
- talks to give you a greater understanding of your experience and how to support yourself at perimenopause and beyond
- yoga practices tailored for strength, flexibility, sleep, anxiety, and pelvic floor health
- restorative sessions and breathwork to promote rest for the body and mind.
You have access to all of these videos for 3 months, to help build a practice that suits you, supports you, and incorporates some movement and rest into daily life.
Your membership to the course can then be renewed if you would like to have access for longer.
